Maintenance Technician

Full Time | Flexible Mon-Fri Schedule | $24.00 per hour

Qualifications:  The maintenance technician will have the minimum 1 year of maintenance experience.  Graduation from trade school preferred.  General proficiency in carpentry and repair and ability to use hand tools and power tools. Excellent organizational skills and time management skills are required.

Function: The Maintenance Person will perform a variety of tasks to repair and maintain houses, offices, or other facilities and manage routine maintenance of a small fleet of vehicles and have oversight of lawn/snow maintenance services.
