Full Time Nanny – Split Shift Schedule

Location: Austin, TX 78731: temporarily staying in the Zilker Park area through October

Start Date: September 8, 2025

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM & 2:00 PM–6:00 PM

We are seeking a warm, responsible, and energetic full-time nanny to care for two children in a loving, structured household located in the Austin 78731 area. This role follows a split shift schedule and requires flexibility for school holidays, sick days, and occasional changes in weekly routines.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare breakfast for the children each morning

Assist both children with getting ready for school

Drive children to school (must have a clean driving record)

Return home post-drop-off to complete:

Light housekeeping (child-related only)

Children’s laundry

Lunch preparation

Run occasional errands as needed (child-related only)

Pick children up from school in the afternoon

Drive children to and from after-school activities

Prepare and serve dinner for the children

Maintain focus on all child-related tasks and routines

Ideal Candidates:

A responsible and reliable professional

Confident in maintaining routines and respectful boundaries

Warm and firm — someone the children enjoy but also listen to

Playful, fun, and able to engage the children in meaningful ways

Calm and composed, maintaining a peaceful household dynamic

Fluent in English and relatable in communication

Comfortable and experienced with frequent driving

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience working with preschool and early elementary-aged children

CPR and First Aid certified

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Reliable personal transportation (a family car will be provided during working hours)

Must have a clean driving record

Compensation: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
