Full -Time Originator

We're a real estate investment firm buying and selling properties. We're hiring field representatives to go knock doors on targeted leads that we will provide. You will be hitting the phones with homeowners in distress with NOD and NTS (public notices of foreclosure).

Please note: we are not a fancy club or a group of people who make you pay to learn.  There are no membership fees or fancy jackets. We have several different companies under one umbrella: a modification team, an investment team, a construction team, a real estate brokerage.

This position is not available for part-time. We need someone dedicated to working hard. Below you will see what we are looking for.

ROLE

-        Generate relationships, appointments, loan modifications, and listings.

-        Help homeowners avoid foreclosure by presenting tangible options

-        Call 200 leads a day

-        Show up 6 days a week

-        Put in 40+ hours a week

-        Work both weekend days

-        Set appointments

-        Talk with homeowners who are losing their home

-        Present options to these homeowners

-        Organize your leads

Requirements

-        8 appointments per month

-        5 loan modifications per month

-        2 active listings per month

-        Sit in 2 appointments per month (so you can learn)
