Full Time Parts & Service Cashier

Summary:

Receives payment for parts and service transactions and plays a key role in maintaining and creating customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties:

• Greets customers at the cashier window in a pleasant and professional manner


• Computes customer bills


• Receives cash, check and credit card payments from customers and records amount received


• Makes change and issues receipts to customers


• Reconciles cash drawer daily


• Refers customers who have questions about work performed, and additional maintenance, or repairs etc, to the service advisor or appropriate individual


• Closes all open invoices


• Maintains & scans repair orders & parts invoices


• Maintains a professional appearance


• Keeps work area clean
