Job Description - Full Time Practice and Spa Manager



Busy, High End Med Spa looking for a Full Time Manager
 
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

  • Front Desk Management 

  • Scheduling 

  • Inventory of Front and Back of House

  • Inside Sales and Marketing Support

  • Supervision and Coaching of Staff 

  • Meet and Exceed Practice and Team Goals and Targets



Candidate must:

  • Be a Team Player/Leader

  • Have Management/Customer Experience in Spa/Medical Industry

  • Have a positive attitude

  • Be available to work Saturdays

  • Work closely with ownership

  • Have a proven track record of Sales/Leadership
