Full Time Receptionist

Description of the Role:

As a Full-time Receptionist at Prestige Collection, You Will Serve As the First Point of Contact for Customers and Visitors. This Role Requires a Friendly, Organized, and Professional Individual Who Can Effectively Handle a Range of Administrative Tasks in a Fast-paced, Luxury Service Environment. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include Greeting Clients, Answering Phone Calls, Managing Schedules, and Maintaining the Reception Area in Top Condition.

Responsibilities:

  Greeting Visitors: Welcome Customers and Visitors with a Friendly and Professional Demeanor.

  Phone Management: Answer and Direct Phone Calls in a Courteous Manner, Addressing Client Inquiries As Needed.

  Mail and Packages: Handle Both Incoming and Outgoing Mail and Packages, Ensuring Timely and Accurate Distribution.

  Appointment Scheduling: Manage and Coordinate Appointments, Maintaining an Organized Calendar for the Team.

  Reception Area Maintenance: Ensure the Reception Area Is Clean, Organized, and Presentable at All Times.

  
  

Requirements:

  Experience: Previous Experience in a Customer Service Role Is Preferred, Particularly in High-demand Environments.

  Communication Skills: Must Possess Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Both in Person and over the Phone.

  Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Is Required, and the Ability to Multitask Efficiently Across Multiple Platforms Is Essential.
