Full Time Receptionist At Classic VW of Gastonia

SUMMARY

CLASSIC VW OF GASTONIA is hiring for a Receptionist to join our team! Are you looking for an opportunity where you can grow your career? Are you a hyper-organized individual with experience working in customer service? Are you passionate about delivering a unique customer experience?  If you answered yes, we want to talk to you! The hours would be 8:00am to 5:00pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday (lunch is provided on Saturdays)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct incoming phone calls to proper people / departments


• Greet and receive prospects and customers


• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to a salesperson


• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner


• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents


• Stocking in New Vehicles

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skills


• Outgoing and positive demeanor


• Professional presentation


• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility


• Maintain a professional appearance
