The Position:
As an experienced caregiver, this role involves effective communication with Care Managers and Scheduling Team Members to finalize daily assignments. You are expected to work with the scheduling team and care manager to review open shifts and build out a weekly schedule consisting of full time hours (three 12s) plus a monthly weekend rotation.
Enjoy a higher caregiver rate, recognizing your dedication to proactive scheduling and consistent shift attendance. This position aims to ensure stability for all clients, especially in the case of an urgent call out.

Responsibilities:
The person hired for this role is responsible for working 36 hours each week and added to a monthly weekend rotation. This Care Team member will be able to work with all levels of care and must be comfortable working with clients who have animals.
The Care Team is dedicated to supporting and assisting clients in their homes, delivering non-medical, high-quality, and compassionate care. This includes:

Job requires frequent bending and could include driving. Candidate must be proficient in communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail; Ability to lift/push/pull 20 – 50lbs.
