The Position:

As an experienced caregiver, this role involves effective communication with Care Managers and Scheduling Team Members to finalize daily assignments. You are expected to work with the scheduling team and care manager to review open shifts and build out a weekly schedule consisting of full time hours (three 12s) plus a monthly weekend rotation.

Responsibilities:

The person hired for this role is responsible for working 36 hours each week and added to a monthly weekend rotation. This Care Team member will be able to work with all levels of care and must be comfortable working with clients who have animals.

The Care Team is dedicated to supporting and assisting clients in their homes, delivering non-medical, high-quality, and compassionate care. This includes:

• Assisting with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) such as bathing, dressing, and hygiene.


• Assisting with IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living) such as light housekeeping, meal prep, and engaging in creative hobbies with the client.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Job requires frequent bending and could include driving. Candidate must be proficient in communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail; Ability to lift/push/pull 20 – 50lbs.

Compensation:

Salaried: $42,000 a year
