Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Position Overview: As an RBT, you will work directly with students in the school district to implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will assist students in developing and acquiring essential life skills and behavioral strategies to enhance their overall well-being and success in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect data on student progress and behavior.
• Provide one-on-one support and instruction to students.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Must hold current RBT certification or be willing to obtain certification upon hire.
• Previous experience working with individuals with special needs preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
