Job Purpose:
The Snowmaking Lead assists with team oversight, safe and efficient operation of snowmaking equipment, training, and working closely with other departments including grooming, ski patrol, lift operations, and race director. This involves assisting the snowmaking manager with assigning, and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; and is also responsible for the maintenance of snowmaking equipment in season. This is a full-time seasonal position. Direct supervision is received from the Snowmaking Manager. As the snowmaking lead you will also be working with your team making snow.

Technology/Equipment: Mobile and Tower Fan Guns, Control Software, Groomer, Pumps, Gages, Motors, Electrical Pedestals, Fuses, Hydrants, Valves, Electrical Disconnects
