Job Description - Full Time Showroom Customer Service Specialist

Position Overview:


We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and highly professional individual to join our team as Brown’s Showroom Customer Service Specialist. In this customer-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for every guest who walks through our doors welcoming them warmly, making them feel at ease, and setting the tone for their entire experience with us.


As the face of our business, your primary focus will be creating a positive, polished first impression while guiding customers through the early stages of their flooring journey. You’ll listen attentively, ask the right questions, and help connect them with the right team member or product direction. Your natural ability to connect with people and your eye for detail will make you a key player in building long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Greet and welcome all showroom visitors with warmth and professionalism

  • Provide an inviting and organized showroom environment

  • Assist customers with general questions and product inquiries

  • Gather preliminary information about customers’ needs and guide them to the appropriate sales consultant or designer

  • Maintain showroom cleanliness, brochures, and displays

  • Manage guest traffic, appointments, and light administrative tasks as needed

  • Represent the brand with a polished, approachable demeanor


 


What We’re Looking For:



  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • Naturally outgoing and friendly personality

  • Strong customer service mindset

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Comfortable using basic technology (POS systems, scheduling tools, etc.)

  • Ability to stay organized and calm in a busy showroom environment

  • Availability Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm and rotating Saturdays
