We are currently seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for a full-time position within school districts in the Manassas, VA area. As a crucial member of our team, the successful candidate will provide essential support to speech-language pathologists in delivering quality services to students.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Valid state SLPA license.
• pliance with all local and state regulations pertaining to SLPA practice.
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist speech-language pathologists in conducting assessments and evaluations.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and activities as directed by the supervising SLP.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students with munication disorders.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student needs.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
