Clarifi Staffing Solutions is hiring a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a full-time, school-based role in Washington for the 2026–2027 school year. In this role, you will have the support and autonomy to design tailored instruction that empowers learners and inspires measurable academic progress.

Job Duties:

Adapt curriculum, assignments, and assessments to address learning needs.

Develop, implement, and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Monitor student progress and adjust instructional approaches accordingly.

Support positive behavior and inclusive classroom practices.

Participate in multidisciplinary planning and student support meetings.

Provide individualized and small-group instruction aligned with IEP objectives.

Requirements

Must have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field and hold a valid Washington State teaching certificate with the appropriate Special Education endorsement, or meet eligibility requirements for certification. Experience in resource, inclusion, or self-contained settings is preferred. Candidates should also demonstrate strong communication, organization, classroom management, instructional planning, and teamwork skills.
