We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full Time Store Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about retail and ready to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and will be responsible for supervising a team of retail store associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting the store manager with various tasks.

A Supervisor is a member of the Management Team and understands the Company’s overall objectives. The Supervisor assists and supports the Store Manager in establishing strategies and processes that will drive positive results. Participates in hiring, recruiting, training, and development of staff. The Supervisor implements and executes action plans within areas of responsibilities while being global. Through delegating of responsibilities, the Supervisor cultivates teamwork and partnerships. As part of the Management Team, effectively contributes to achieving financial goals and meeting overall statistical expectations.

Essential duties & Responsibilities:

1. 1-2 years experience in supervisory or key-holder role (coaching, training and motivating teams)
2. 1+ year driving sales through KPS (conversion, units, transactions, AT) and reading sales reports
3. 1+ year supporting daily operations, policy compliance, loss prevention and visual/store standards
4. 1+ year delivering a customer-first experience while supporting margin and financial goals
5. High school diploma or equivalent
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, night and holidays
7. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time and be able to lift 50 lbs
8. Must pass background check prior to being interviewed
