Job Title: Paraprofessionals/ Teacher's Assistant
Location:Hollywood, CA
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Term: Renewable for the 2024/2025 school year
Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in implementing instructional activities and providing support to students in various subjects.
- Work with students one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts and skills.
- Assist in classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Provide support to students with special needs, including but not limited to, physical, emotional, or learning disabilities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or associate degree preferred.
- Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
