Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and established policies/procedures.


• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.


• Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and update medical records.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.


• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and health maintenance.


• Adapt quickly to new environments and adhere to facility-specific guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas


• Minimum [1–2 years] of clinical nursing experience (specialty-specific preferred).


• Strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently and in teams.


• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.


• Flexibility and willingness to travel to different assignments.


• Valid Drivers License and MUST have automobile insurance

Schedule:

• Seeing 3 to 5 patients daily (3x's a week)
