Full-Charge Bookkeeper

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join a dynamic team. This full-time position is ideal for a seasoned accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of bookkeeping from accounts payable through financial statement preparation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing inventory accounting, and utilizing NetSuite to streamline our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

General Bookkeeping & Accounting

• Manage the complete accounting cycle from journal entries through financial statement preparation on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis


• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and timeliness


• Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain organized records of all banking activities


• Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports for multiple departments


• Prepare and process payroll in accordance with company policies and federal/state regulations


• Maintain the general ledger and ensure all transactions are properly classified and recorded


• Generate monthly financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements


• Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis
