Full-Cycle Bookkeeper

We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors.

We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $105M Series A round in February of 2024.

We are looking for a Full-Cycle Bookkeeper to join our Finance team.

Responsibilities

• Own accounting processes from transaction recording through month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations
• Accounts Payable processing (invoices, payments and reconciliations)
• Accounts Receivable processing (invoices, collections and reconciliations)
• Process journal entries and maintain documentation for credit cards and expense management platforms (e.g., Mesh)
• Review and record employee travel and expense reimbursements
• Prepare and submit VAT reports, withholding tax and other tax filings
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations across group entities
• Support external audit processes including the preparation of requested documents and interactions with auditors

• Certified Bookkeeper
• At least 5 years’ experience in bookkeeping (in the high-tech industry preferred)
• Experience with NetSuite – mandatory
• Good English, both written and spoken
• Advanced Excel skills
• Hands-on approach
