Responsibilities
● Take end-to-end ownership of software projects, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment, using modern mobile and server-side technologies like React/React Native, and FastAPI.
● Maintain and enhance our EHR integration capabilities, working on both frontend and backend components to ensure seamless interoperability with various healthcare systems.
● Collaborate with healthcare clinicians to rapidly prototype and productionize new technologies/features every week.
● Champion best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and maintainability, to ensure high-quality and resilient software.
● Contribute to the design and implementation of robust API, enhancing the scalability and security of our platform.

Requirements
● Strong proficiency in Python and JS with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies as needed.
● 3+ years of experience in software development.
● Good understanding of mobile development and API design.
● Hands-on experience with database systems like MongoDB or similar.
● Comfort working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Nice-to-haves
● Proficiency with Docker and containerized environments.
● Experience navigating high-ambiguity spaces, particularly in startup settings,
where you're not afraid to experiment and iterate.
● Familiarity with AI, LLMs, or vision models.
● Knowledge of EHR integrations or working within healthcare technology is a huge plus.
● Background in building ERP web applications
