What does a successful Full-stack Engineer do at Fiserv?You will be a valuable technical resource designing and developing enterprise solutions for Fiserv's Gift Solutions. If you’re a self-motivated developer with strong problem-solving skills and a proven track record in technologies that can help in design and development, we want to talk to you!What you will do:Utilize your hands-on experience in Angular, Java, Microservices, and RESTful API development to develop and support applicationsDevelop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using Angular, Tailwind.css, Less, and SCSSApply web development concepts and best practices to optimize UI performance and accessibilityDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and best practicesEnsure code is well-structured, maintainable, and of high qualityDesign and maintain large-scale high-frequency, low-latency applicationsInteract with the product management team to understand requirements and provide estimates, high-level design, and detailed design for product and customer enhancementsWhat you will need to have:4+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development with a strong focus on Angular3+ years of experience using Java, RESTful APIs, JDBC/Hibernate/JPA, and Messaging Technologies (Kafka, MQ, JMS)3+ years of experience using frameworks such as Spring Boot and Microservices architecture3+ years of experience in AWS Cloud-based technologies with highly available and scalable architectureBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and military experienceWhat would be great to have:Working knowledge of test-driven development methodologyExperience with Splunk, Bitbucket, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Jira, and ConfluenceExperience in event-based architecture leading strategy, governance, and execution of event-based architecture at large institutionsExperience in the financial services or payments industryExperience in the day-to-day practicalities of agile software product development lifecycles such as Scrum, Kanban, etc. Important info about this role:We’re better together!
