Full-Stack UI/UX Web Developer

Aspire Software is looking for a Full-Stack UI/UX Web Developer, to join our team in Lebanon.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Full-Stack Web Developer with strong UI/UX instincts to help build out a new web application. This is a hands-on role spanning both frontend and backend development—ideal for someone who enjoys building elegant, fast interfaces and the backend APIs that power them. You’ll work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to develop features used by clinical data managers, pharma analysts, and regulatory stakeholders worldwide. Please note that this is a Full-time - Contract* (Targeting 4 months to start with potential to extend if performance and business needs align)

What You’ll Do 

• Design, build, and maintain responsive, data-centric web applications using React, Next.js, and
• Node.js
• • Collaborate with product owners and end-users to refine user workflows across Anju’s data

• • Develop backend endpoints and services to support scalable data interactions (e.g., filtering,
• search, reporting)
• Ensure accessibility, consistency, and usability across all UI components
• Optimize app performance, particularly for data-heavy and table-based UI views
• Contribute to architecture decisions and help modernize legacy UI layers as needed
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code and participate in peer code reviews Tech Stack

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have 4+ years of experience in full-stack web development
• Know how to build robust UIs and backend services that handle complex data relationships
• Are comfortable working across the full stack—from API to pixel
• Care deeply about usability, design consistency, and UI performance
• Have worked on web apps in regulated or data-intensive environments
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively in a distributed team
• Are proactive, resourceful, and comfortable navigating both new and legacy systems

Nice to Have

• Experience in life sciences, clinical trial systems, or enterprise data platforms
• Familiarity with role-based access, data permissions, and compliance-aware design
• Background working with analytics dashboards, exports, or admin tools
