Full-Time Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) Occupational Health / Urgent Care

Schedule: 30–40 hours per week | Weekdays with occasional weekends | No holidays
Compensation: $156,000 annually + Benefits Stipend

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in a full-time capacity, providing high-quality care in both Occupational Health and Urgent Care Clinic (UCC) settings. The ideal candidate will bring a strong clinical background and a commitment to patient-centered care, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to support employee health and walk-in patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care in occupational health and urgent care settings

• Perform pre-employment physicals, return-to-work evaluations, and workplace injury assessments

• Diagnose and treat common illnesses and minor injuries in a UCC environment

• Provide clear documentation and communicate effectively with patients and employers

• Collaborate with physicians and clinical support staff to ensure continuity of care

• Maintain compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations

Requirements:

• Current NP or PA licensure in [Insert State]
