The Manager Track Assistant Manager is a high impact role for individuals who want to master retail operations and grow into full leadership. You will operate as the Center Manager’s “right hand,” learning the systems, standards, and decision making required to eventually run a center independently. This role is handson, fastpaced, and built for someone who wants responsibility, accountability, and long term growth.

Operational Excellence: Lead by example on the floor. Master shipping, print, and retail workflows to ensure the team meets brand standards every shift.
Personnel & Coaching: Assist in scheduling and supervising staff. You will help recruit, train, and "course-correct" associates to maintain a high-performance culture.
Financial Stewardship: Learn and manage the "Four Walls" of the business—including P&L awareness, inventory control, and payroll review.
Customer Advocacy: Act as the escalation point for customer issues, turning difficult situations into "world-class" experiences.
Business Development: Support marketing initiatives and community outreach to drive center growth and hit defined sales targets.
