Full-Time Automotive Service Assistant/Scheduler

Bianchi Honda, Western Pennsylvania’s Largest Volume New Car Agency is seeking qualified individuals to fill an immediate need for FULL-TIME Service Assistant in our award-winning Service Department.

*Full-Time (40+ hours per 5-day work week) position with a set, predictable schedule.

*Candidates must be dependable, trustworthy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

*Must have Customer Service skills and enjoy helping customers!

*No automotive experience is required. We will provide full training with the opportunity to advance within the company for driven individuals.

*Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus.

*Must have a valid Driver's License with a Clean Driving Record.

*Must be 18 years of age or older.

Job Description

Service Assistants take customer calls and schedule appointments, as well as assist with the daily operations of the Service Department. 

In this position, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answer service customer calls and schedule appointments.
• Suggest services and advise customers of any current promotional products/services.
• Complete appointment follow-up calls, assist technicians with paperwork, and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Experience:
