Full-Time BCBA Position in Phoenix, AZ - Urgent

Blazer Jobs is actively seeking experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for full-time positions within school districts in the Phoenix, AZ area. Candidates must meet all local and state requirements for BCBA licensure and certification.

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Compliance with all local and state licensure requirements
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and other stakeholders
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to evidence-based practices in behavior analysis

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the antecedents and consequences of challenging behaviors
• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings and the principles of applied behavior analysis
• Implement behavior analytic strategies to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure consistent implementation of behavior support plans across settings
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Train school personnel on behavior management techniques and provide ongoing support and coaching
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings to support student programming
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of student progress and intervention strategies
