SCHEDULE: 
- Full-Time
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am to 5:00pm
- 1 Hour Daily Admin Time
- No Nights
- No Weekends
- No On-Call

COMPENSATION: 
- $240,000 Starting Base Salary
- Sign-On Bonus

COMPANY PROFILE:
This is a privately-owned, multi-site healthcare organization that has been in operation for more than 30 years.  The Eastern Las Vegas clinic was opened in 2020 and is currently staffed with two advanced practitioners, and they are seeking a physician due to growth and a need to serve their Spanish-speaking patient population.  The practice has several sites in Nevada and their services include, but are not limited to, full scope primary care, immediate care, preventative medicine, telehealth, and more.  They operate on a value-based care model with a diverse patient demographic that includes both fee-for-service clients and traditional payor reimbursements.  

POSITION DESCRIPTION: 
This position will see patients in a mixed value-based care model.  The clinic’s patients encompass individuals with traditional insurance coverage and those using fee-for-service options.  

The role consists of outpatient primary care, but the practice is very open to providers with training or interest in procedures and specialties not currently being offered, as they’re flexible to growing the offerings of the practice.  

The main duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

- annual patient exams
- illness/injury treatment in a walk-in environment
- chronic disease management
- follow-up visits
- diagnosing and treating medical conditions
- preventative medicine
- patient health education

Providers see an average of 20 patients per day.  All visits are prepped and supported by clinical assistants.

The clinic uses an EHR and has resources for lab testing, imaging, telemedicine, injections, and more.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Nevada medical license
- DEA
- Board Certified / Eligible, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- no experience required
- must speak Spanish fluently
