Clinical Nursing Faculty - MSN Required | Nursing Education Leadership Position

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead clinical rotations, laboratory sessions, and simulation experiences for nursing students
• Develop and implement engaging teaching strategies aligned with course objectives
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation
• Collaborate with faculty teams to enhance curriculum and student outcomes
• Participate in program development and accreditation activities
• Foster a positive learning environment that promotes critical thinking

Required Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree required
• Meeting state Board of Nursing faculty requirements
• Strong clinical expertise and current nursing practice knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in educational technology and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous teaching experience in nursing education
• Experience with simulation-based learning
• Background in curriculum development
• Familiarity with educational learning management systems
