Full-Time Center Associate

Description of the role: The Full-Time Center Associate at The UPS Store #7205 in Heath, TX will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling package shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with shipping and packaging needs


• Operate the cash register and handle transactions


• Maintain inventory and stock shelves


• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills


• Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs


• Basic computer skills


• Strong attention to detail
