Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) to join our team in a medspa-style wellness setting where massage is more than just relaxation—it’s essential to patient recovery.
Female therapist preferred due to patient population and treatment needs.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role with an immediate patient base and set schedule.
We are looking for someone who is genuinely invested in the well-being of their patients, takes pride in clinical-quality bodywork, and is excited to grow with a forward-thinking, regenerative clinic.

Responsibilities
- Provide patient-focused massage therapy tailored to individual treatment goals
- Treat clients with pain, injuries, or chronic conditions as part of integrative care
- Prepare and use hot towels during sessions
- Clean and restock treatment rooms
- Handle laundry of all linens, pillowcases, towels, and sheets after shifts
- Communicate any changes in massage style requested by patients to the front desk, as pricing may vary
- Collaborate with chiropractors and medical providers to support patient outcomes
- Contribute to a professional, supportive, and healing-focused team environment
Ideal Candidate
- CAMTC Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) with active certification
- Holds current professional liability insurance
- Proficient in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage
- Bonus: experience in medspa, post-procedure care, or chiropractic settings
- Compassionate, dependable, and deeply committed to patient care
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, clinical-wellness hybrid setting
- Willing to grow with the practice and adapt to schedule needs as we expand
Schedule & Availability
Full-time availability required
- Core shifts include weekdays and Saturdays
- Set schedule with an existing patient base
- Flexibility appreciated as we grow and evolve together
Compensation
Independent contractor (1099) position
Hourly pay range: $25–$35, based on experience, availability, and modalities offered — with opportunities to increase over time based on performance, demand, and added skills.
All tips are yours to keep, and are not included in the hourly rate
Bonus opportunities available for advanced modalities such as lymphatic drainage
