Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time College and Career Classroom Assistant to support our educational team in fostering a positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will assist in guiding students through their college and career exploration processes, providing resources and support to help them achieve their academic and professional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist teachers in preparing and delivering instructional materials related to college and career readiness.

- Support students in identifying their interests and strengths to help them explore potential career paths.

- Facilitate workshops and activities focused on college applications, resume writing, and interview preparation.

- Provide one-on-one and group support to students in navigating college and career resources.

- Maintain an organized and welcoming classroom environment conducive to learning.

- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to enhance student opportunities and resources.

- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers regarding student engagement and understanding.

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field preferred.
