Job Title: Full-Time CRNA

Location: El Dorado, AR
Salary: $335,000
Shifts: TBD; CRNA can pick up shifts at nearby facilities on weeks off
Call: Required, rotation is 1:5; can be beeper call from home rather than in-house
Case Types: Urology, Orthopedic, OB/GYN, ENT, GI, and General. There is some pediatric anesthetics which include dental restoration and ENT. No CV, Vascular or Neuro cases.
Special Requirements: CRNAs need to be proficient in central lines, epidurals, and spinals. Facility is willing to train if needed. CRNAs are also able to place peripheral nerve blocks if desired, but they're normally done by an MD.

Requirements
● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on
Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas.
(Currently, or willing to obtain)
● Minimum of 0-1 years of
experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in central lines, epidural and spinal cases.
● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia
management for diverse patient populations.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact
with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver
optimal patient care.
● BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
