Job Title: Full-Time CRNA
Employment Status: 1099
Location: Tulsa, OK
Salary: $300,000 base with potential up to $350,000+
- Additional pay for OB shifts, post-call, and hours beyond 40/week
Shifts: TBD
Call: Call required - shared among 18 CRNAs, with an average 2-4 calls per month; more available by request
Case Types: General, Urology, GYN, Major Burn Center, Minimal Peds, Hepatobiliary, Vascular, EP Labs, Neuro Spine/Brain, Complex OB, and Neonatal Surgery. No open-heart cases. Some cardiac-related procedures (e.g., EP labs, vascular) may be included.
Special Requirements: New grads welcome! CRNAs perform their own neuraxial blocks and lines, strong emphasis on ERAS and regional anesthesia.
EMR: TBD
Supervision Model: 18-20 CRNAs onsite covering 24 active anesthesia locations each day. 25 full-time/part-time CRNAs, 4 general Anesthesiologists daily, 4 CV Anesthesiologist and SRNAs

Requirements
● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on
Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Oklahoma.
(Currently, or willing to obtain)
● Minimum of 0-1 years of
experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in general, ortho, OB/GYN, neonatal, vascular and peds cases. New grads welcome!
● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia
management for diverse patient populations.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact
with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver
optimal patient care.
● BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
