Full-Time Custodian

National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Full-Time Custodian in Chicago,IL 60660.

Responsibilities Include:

Responsible for keeping the condominium clean and safe, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting common areas, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces. Also responsible for maintaining spaces by emptying trash, cleaning chute rooms, and keeping special areas such as the laundry room, atrium, and management office tidy, while responding promptly to management requests.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00 pm (40hrs)

Pay: $16.60/per hour paid biweekly.

Additional Requirements:

• Availability: Must be available to start as soon as possible.​
• Work Boots: Must have and wear non-slip boots/shoes as part of the required personal protective equipment.​
• Valid Identification: Applicants must present two valid forms of identification for employment verification purposes.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preffered but not required.
• A background check will be conducted
