Full-Time Custodian Site Supervisor

We have an immediate opening for full-time Custodian Site Supervisor to maintain the building. Ideal candidate will have good communication/previous janitorial, custodian, or related experience, ability to work with customers & vendors, able to perform quality control checks, scheduling, and admin. Must have valid driver's license, able to use Microsoft Word & Excel.

- Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively and understand English

Respond to emails, phone calls, and communicate effectively with team and property manager

Maintain cleanliness of common areas within the building

Manage a team of nine employees

Communicate by phone/text message, respond to emails and emergency calls, etc.

Clean restrooms and restock supplies

Remove and dispose trash to designated areas

Clean planters, parking lot, roofs, and gutters

Paint building as needed

Repair building

Use of a pressure washer

Use of a leaf blower

Push trash bins as needed

Stand and walk for extended periods 

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 6am - 2:30pm (Schedule may differ / Must be available to emergencies)

Compensation: $23/per hour (Salary)

-Skills/Qualifications:

Must pass background check

Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle

High school diploma/GED preferred

Previous supervisory/management experience

Previous janitorial, custodian experience or related experience is preferred, and willing to train

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English

Must have good public relations skills and communication

Applicants must perform basic manual labor, clean common areas, frequently lift, push, pull, carry a minimum of 25lbs - 50lbs+, be able to reach overhead, grasp objects, bend, kneel, crawl, squat, climb, stretch, walk, stair and ladder climbing and stand throughout their shifts.
