A popular authentic sushi restaurant is looking for a Full-Time Dishwasher.

We have been running the restaurant for a long time in Heart of Waikiki, and there is a beautiful beach stretching out in front of us.

We serve variety of sushi - authentic Japanese Sushi, fusion Sushi such as California rolls, and original Hawaiian style sushi, we are popular not only with tourists but also with locals, and we have so many repeat customers.

There are two shifts morning and evening, and you have the option to choose when they work.

Job Details

You are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, and other kitchen equipment.

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
• Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned

• Working hours: Morning shift 8am - 3:30pm/Evening shift 3:30pm - 11pm
• Actual work hours: 7.5 hours per day
• Working days: 5 days a week
• 2 days off per week

Requirement

• Prior experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred but not required
• Attention to detail and sanitation rules
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or its equivalent preferred but not required
• Must have a work permit in the United States
