At Soccer Shots New Orleans, we don’t just teach soccer — we use it as a tool to help children grow. Our sessions are full of energy, laughter, and learning, and we’re passionate about making a positive impact in every child’s life.
We’re looking for a Full-Time Early Childhood Soccer Instructor who can bring the FUN every single day. You’ll spend most of your time on the field at schools and parks around the New Orleans metro area, coaching children ages 2–8 with our award-winning curriculum. What You’ll Do
- Lead high-energy, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2–8 in schools, childcare centers, and community parks.
- Deliver our curriculum with enthusiasm, creativity, and a commitment to safety.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and school staff.
- Represent Soccer Shots with professionalism, energy, and a smile — on and off the field.
- Manage session setup and equipment to create a fun, organized learning environment.
What You Bring
Love for Kids: You genuinely enjoy working with young children and have a knack for connecting with them.
Energy & Positivity: You bring your best self to every session, no matter the weather, time of day, or number of toddlers running in circles.
Reliability: You show up on time, every time — children are counting on you.
Physical Stamina: You’ll be running, jumping, and demonstrating skills every day.
Clear Communication: You’re able to talk to kids, parents, and school staff in ways that build trust and excitement.
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check.
- Bonus points for experience in early childhood education, youth sports, or coaching — but we’ll train the right person.
What We Offer
Starting salary of $30,000–$32,000 (depending on experience)

Schedule
