• Provide direct instruction aligned with each student’s IEP goals.

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing progress reporting.
  


• Collaborate with general education teachers and specialists to support inclusive classroom practices.
  


• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning space that promotes student confidence and independence.
  

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education.
   


2. Current Illinois Special Education teaching certification.
   


3. Experience managing IEP development and implementation.
   


4. Familiarity with accommodations and modifications for elementary learners.
