Full-time Family Practice Medical Receptionist

You will play a vital role in supporting clinical operations with insurance verification, check in, scheduling and ensuring accurate documentation.  You will help to deliver exceptional service to patients of all ages. Duties

• Patient check in and check out (intake and registration)


• Insurance Eligibility and verification


• Answering phone calls and scheduling patients.  


• Support medical administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and patient education to enhance overall service experience.


• Faxing and Scanning
  


• Working with Athena (our EMR system)


• Medical records

Skills

• Friendly and compassionate with good communication skills


• Proficiency with EHR systems for accurate charting and documentation of patient information.


• Knowledge of family practice protocols/scheduling 
  


• 1+ years of experience in Family Medicine

Pay:  Starting out at $18.00+ per hour or based on experience
