Full-Time Field Nurse (LPN/RN) – Home Health (Trach, Vent, & G-tube Care)

Pay: $30 – $36/hr
Schedule: Mon–Fri 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Weekends 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are seeking dependable and versatile Field Nurses to provide specialized home health care for patients with tracheostomies, ventilators, and G-tubes. Join our team and make a real difference in patient care!

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Active LPN or RN license in Virginia or valid multi-state compact license

  
  


• 
  

  Home health or home care experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Skilled in trach, vent, and G-tube care

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently

  
  

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Provide direct patient care following the plan of care

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor and manage trach, vent, and G-tube care, including emergencies

  
  


• 
  

  Complete all clinical documentation accurately and on time

  
  


• 
  

  Perform skilled nursing services as needed
