Full-time Float Teacher

We’re hiring full-time educators who are passionate, patient, and eager to shape young minds. Benefits: $500 sign-on bonus and a $2 per hour attendance bonus paid each pay period. We provide an amazing childcare discount for all our staff! Responsibilities:

• Design daily activities tied to our curriculum


• Lead fun, educational experiences for kids


• Keep a safe, organized classroom


• Support kids’ growth and milestones


• Build relationships with parents

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)


• 1+ year childcare experience preferred


• Collaborative and proactive attitude


• Pass background check, drug screen, physical, TB test


• Lift 25 lbs, stand for extended periods

Schedule: Monday-Friday, no evenings or weekends
