Job Description - Full-time Front Desk Customer Service Representative

Executive Air Taxi Corporation is a full-service FBO in Bismarck, ND. Our mission is to provide the public and our community with high-quality air transportation and aviation services. We are currently seeking a highly energetic and customer-focused individual to join our talented team as a Full-time Front Desk Customer Service Representative.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide world-class service by anticipating and exceeding customer expectations, including but not limited to ensuring car rentals, catering requests, and hotel accommodation needs are met.
Solicit and respond to customer feedback
Politely answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Answer email communications in a professional and timely manner.
Process customer purchases and fuel transactions
Collaborate with line technicians and pilots to ensure all customer service needs are met in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate:

Will consistently search for ways to improve our customer service
Can easily adapt to change and remain flexible and open to new ideas
Must be detail-oriented and customer-focused
Has excellent time management
Has previous experience with Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables preferred
Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks

This individual must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, have robust customer service skills, be a team player, and be dependable. Light bookkeeping and data entry are required for this position.

Hours:

Monday-Friday 7a.m. to 4p.m. There are times when this position may require additional hours.
