Due to our continued growth, we are adding a full-time Home Health Aide (C.N.A). 

Work Location:

• Montgomery county, Brownsburg, Lafayette and surrounding communities (must be willing to float)

Experience: 

One year Home Health or Hospice experience preferred, but not necessary

Credentials:

• Licensed Registered Nurse in State of Indiana
• Proof of current classroom CPR certification
• Hepatitis profile and TB vaccination record
• Current driver's license
• Must have reliable transportation and insurance
