Paradigm Health is expanding rapidly throughout Indiana and we are opening several new positions. Due to our continued growth, we are adding a Full-Time Hospice LPN position.

Work Location:

 FULL-TIME position, Hendricks, Boone, West Marion County- Out of our Brownsburg Office.

Experience:

• One year Hospice preferred, but not necessary

Credentials:

• Licensed Practical Nurse in State of Indiana
• Proof of current classroom CPR certification
• Hepatitis profile and TB vaccination record
• Current driver's license
• Must have reliable transportation and insurance
