Turndown service is credited between a range of 0.25 to  0.50 credit per room. The table above lists the service credits used for assignment and productivity tracking.

  1. Productivity Standard and Incentive Program

  2. Standard productivity: 2.67 credits per working hour. The standard full assignment is 20 credits in 7.5 working hours (within a scheduled 8.5-hour shift).

  3. Incentive: $5.00 for each credit completed above the productivity target, including fractional credits, subject to the guidelines below.

  4. Example: If an associate completes 20 credits in 7.0 working hours, the target for that time is 18.69 credits (7.0 × 2.67). The 1.31 credits above target earn an estimated $6.55 incentive.

  5. Do Not Disturb or refused-service rooms are deducted from the assignment credit total and expected completion time. Revised targets and shift end times may apply.

  6. Room cleanliness standards must be met. Rooms that fail inspection do not count toward incentive eligibility; more than one failed inspection during a shift makes the associate ineligible for that shift’s incentive.

  7. Assignments completed with coworker assistance are subject to management discretion. Incentives are calculated daily and paid biweekly on the next applicable payroll.

  8. Management may adjust the incentive program as operational needs require.
