I work from home, and my husband often works outside the home. We love the beach and exploring the world!

Our 5-month-old baby girl is smiling all the time! She likes to interact, and she is enthralled by music! She enjoys going for walks, getting fresh air, reading books, and tummy time.

Our 3-year-old daughter is high-energy, and she goes to full-time daycare. She and her baby sister both like bubbly personalities! She loves to sing and dance!

A bit about you:
You love caring for infants, have a nurturing and positive personality, and bring a parental instinct to your care. You are proactive, communicative, and naturally clean and tidy. You're energetic enough to manage stairs and lift strollers, and fun enough to win the hearts of both a curious infant and a spirited toddler. You enjoy engaging young children in meaningful ways. You know how to communicate with children without raising your voice. You would enjoy incorporating music into our infants’ developmental activities.

Job Duties:
Full-time infant care, tracking amounts/bottle feeding, defrosting and labeling breastmilk, later making meals for baby, diapering (plus tracking), helping to maintain a schedule with feedings, naps, and play, developmental activities (tummy time, music, interaction), and child-related household tasks. Household tasks include baby’s laundry, loading/unloading dishwasher, washing breast pump pieces and baby bottles in the dishwasher, cleaning up after feedings and activities, and cleaning floors in play and feeding areas. Occasionally, caring for our 3-year-old when she is mildly ill or her school is closed. Occasionally working additional hours with advance notice when Dad is traveling for work (which is infrequent).

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of infant nanny experience and some toddler experience, fluent in English, infant and
child CPR-certified, food safety knowledge, child development knowledge, ability to follow schedule and
track feedings/diapers and work independently, basic cooking ability such as steaming veggies/cooking
pasta, willing to work when children are mildly ill (in most cases), and physically able to lift a heavy
stroller and manage stairs.

Set yourself apart: You love cooking and would be open to cooking for the family (pescatarian) and/or you are willing to do school drop off and pick up (not a requirement)!

Schedule: Monday-Thursday (8:45a-5:15p)
Friday (9a-3p)
Starts mid-August!

How to Apply:

Pay: $25-$30 an hour
