Full-Time Intake Coordinator

We’re hiring a Full-Time Intake Coordinator to support families from first inquiry through onboarding, strengthen referral relationships, and help families confidently choose the right services for their child.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to new client inquiries (phone/email/web) and guide families through the intake process


• Clearly explain our programs, services, and next steps in a way that builds trust and confidence


• Help families understand the value of ABA services and the benefits of our approach


• Collect and track intake paperwork and ensure files are accurate and complete


• Support insurance verification/authorization coordination and scheduling flow


• Maintain waitlist communication and provide intake updates to the team


• Build brand awareness and referral relationships by attending events and visiting community partners (pediatric offices, daycares, schools, therapy providers)

Qualifications

• A B.S./B.A in the Human Service field.


•  However, we will consider an internal employee working on their degree.


• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills IS CRUCIAL


• Comfortable speaking with families and professionals with warmth and professionalism


• Ability to influence decisions through education, clarity, and reassurance


• Strong phone presence and confidence handling questions and concerns


• Reliable transportation for local outreach visits/events


• Experience in ABA
