Full-Time Landscape Team Member - Hiring Immediately!

North Atlantic Landscape is looking to add a skilled and dedicated full-time Landscape Team Member to our team.

Immediate openings through the fall, with the opportunity to join our snow operations team!

Competitive pay based on skills and experience, starting at $20/hr!

The Landscape Team Member's responsibilities include:

• Cut turf using various-sized power mowers, trim and edging using a gas-powered edger/trimmer, and operate a gas-powered blower
• Properly and safely prune shrubs and low trees as needed to improve the shape or growth habit or to remove damaged branches
• Plant and maintain flower beds
• Properly and safely operate the edger and line trimmer along sidewalks, flower beds, trees, buildings, fences, and other objects
• Pick up trash and blow leaves and other organic debris onto the turf before mowing.
• Mulch the leaves and organic matter when mowing.
• Perform fall clean-ups, including leaf removal, debris clearing, final mowing, and preparing flower beds and shrubs for winter to ensure the property is ready for the colder months.
• Perform weeding by hand or using a garden hoe or hula hoe.
• Maintain a polite, friendly, and responsive demeanor with guests and customers.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Physically able to lift 50 pounds and perform manual labor throughout the day
• Willing to work outdoors for long periods in all types of weather
• Previous landscape experience is desired, but not required
• DOT Medical Card, or willingness to obtain
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
