We are a thriving, growing private outpatient practice in Wilmington, NC, serving individuals, couples, families, and teens navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, and life transitions. As we continue expanding, we are seeking a Full-Time, Fully Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT) to join our team.

Please note: This position is for independently fully licensed clinicians in North Carolina. We are not hiring associate-level or provisionally licensed clinicians for this role.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide in-person therapy to individuals, couples, families, and teens


• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans


• Deliver evidence-based interventions aligned with client goals


• Maintain organized, timely documentation (within 24 hours)


• Participate in consultation and team meetings that are actually collaborative and useful


• Represent Evolution Wellness with professionalism and integrity

What You Bring

• Active, unrestricted LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT license in North Carolina


• Master’s degree (or higher) in a mental health–related field


• A strong foundation in evidence-based practice


• Clinical confidence and independent licensure


• A collaborative spirit and authentic presence
