Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Compensation: $25–$32/hour (W2)

About the Family:
A busy family in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a dedicated Nanny & Family Assistant to join their household. They have two energetic boys, ages 7 and 3, who are bright, affectionate, and full of curiosity.
The oldest child is currently homeschooled, and the nanny will play an active role in supporting and facilitating his curriculum to ensure consistency and engagement in his learning. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, nurturing, and adaptable—able to balance childcare with household support while creating a structured, positive environment for the children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, loving care for both children, engaging them in age-appropriate play and activities
- Support and facilitate homeschooling curriculum for the oldest child, including lesson preparation and educational activities
- Plan and supervise outings, playdates, and enrichment opportunities
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children
- Assist with children’s laundry, organization of play areas, and light household tidying
- Support family routines and help create structure in daily schedules
- Provide occasional family assistance, such as errands, organizing, or scheduling support
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of childcare experience, including work with both toddler and school-aged children
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Valid driver’s license and comfortable transporting children to activities, outings, and appointments as needed
- CPR and First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain before start date)
- High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education highly preferred
- Strong swimming ability and confidence supervising children in and around water
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to maintain a consistent, structured daily schedule
- Comfortable in a home with pets and capable of supporting a busy, active household
- Detail-oriented, tidy, and committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment for children
- Non-smoker
- Fully vaccinated (medical exceptions accepted)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
