About the Family:
A dynamic and busy professional family based in West Los Angeles is seeking a highly reliable, organized, and experienced Full-Time Nanny & Family Assistant. The family has two children, ages 2 and 4, and one small dogs. The household values a structured yet playful environment, and the ideal candidate will support the children’s development while maintaining a smoothly running home.
Key Responsibilities:
Childcare:
- Provide full-time, high-quality care for two children, ages 2 and 4
- Organize and lead age-appropriate educational and recreational activities
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for children
- Oversee nap schedules and bedtime routines
- Assist with potty training, hygiene, and developmental milestones
- Support social, emotional, and cognitive growth through guided play and learning
Household Support:
- Light housekeeping including laundry, tidying, and organizing children’s spaces
- Meal prep for the family and planning simple menus
- Running errands, including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and post office runs
- Organizing schedules, appointments, and coordinating family activities
- Managing household inventories and supplies
Transportation & Scheduling:
- Safely transport children to activities, playdates, and appointments
- Occasional assistance with scheduling and logistics for family events
- Must have a clean driving record and comfort driving in Los Angeles traffic
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3–5 years professional childcare experience with toddlers and preschoolers
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Three outstanding references from previous families
- Willing to undergo background check
- Fully vaccinated
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Fluent in English
- Willing to use own car for transportation of children
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills
- Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently
$30 - $38 an hour
